Terms and Conditions

It is important that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions that will apply to this contract before signing. If there are any terms that you do not understand or wish to agree to, you must consult the IPG website BEFORE signing. Only sign this agreement if you wish to be bound by the terms and conditions stated here and on the reverse-side of the VIP tickets.

Terms and Conditions of IPG VIP Tickets

  • Book online at www.ipgca.com or by calling 1-800-979-5769.
  • All bookings are subject to availability. Your choice of date may not be available, but alternative dates will always be offered. Try to book at least two weeks ahead.
  • When you book, you will be required to pay the paintball centre for your intitial paintballs (100/200) (credit cards accepted). Paintballs are not included in the price of the VIP ticket.
  • Payments are subject to a handling fee of 5.99%
  • Paintballs vary in cost between venues. Call 1-800-979-5769 to check the exact cost of your selected centre.
  • Only paintballs supplied by the paintball centre on the day of your event may be used at the centre.
  • Paintball centre locations are subject to change for reasons beyond our control, and the location map is for guidance only. IPG undertakes to maintain a minimum of five such participating venues within Canada.
  • If anyone fails to attend the event on the date you have booked, the pre-payment and the paintballs for that person will be forfeited.
  • Food may not be included in the cost of the VIP ticket, but may be available to purchase on the day of your event. Call 1-800-979-5769 to check if food is included in the cost of the ticket at your selected centre.
  • VIP tickets are only sold by IPG at its business premises; they may be sold elsewhere by third parties, but such persons are not employees nor agents of IPG. IPG will provide the services as printed on this VIP ticket, and none other.
  • You do not have a valid booking until you receive a booking confirmation via email. Should you not receive this within 48 hours of booking, please submit an enquiry on the Contact Us page. You will need to produce this confirmation on the game day, so please bring it with you.
  • Please note that we are unable to accept liability for any errors resulting from data which you have entered incorrectly. Please ensure that you have correctly filled in Name and cell contact number. We also require a valid e-mail address for processing of confirmation emails and receipts.
  • Please ensure all players are able to make the booking date before submitting your booking, as mistakes cannot be rectified after the booking has been made.
  • Additional players can be added to an existing booking any time up to 72 hours before a game day. Please submit an enquiry at the Contact Us page. An IPG consultant will contact you to make the arrangements for payment. Note: additional players that turn up at the centre without prior booking may not be allowed to participate due to limited capacity/availability of staff/equipment. Prior booking is essential.
  • Players are welcome to bring their own paintball markers to the centre although it is at the discretion of the game manager as to whether they can be used during a particular day, and all such markers must remain in the allocated gun zone throughout the duration of the day. At no time will any markers be permitted into the safe area.
  • Only paintballs supplied by the IPG approved paintball centre may be used at the centre. Any player bringing their own paintballs into the centre will be excluded from the games, without refund.
  • All players agree to be bound by our playing conditions and safety rules. Any player that is unable to comply with our safety instructions will be excluded from the centre without refund.

Terms and Conditions for an IPG refund Application

  • Refunds may take up to 21 working days, from date of postage, to process
  • IPG must receive the purchased booklet/s in order to process the refund
  • Refunds may attract an Administration Fee
  • IPG will only process the refund once
  • In absence of misrepresentation, once the 10 day refund period has passed, the original Terms and Conditions of the ticket will become binding and it will not be possible to to refund you the cost of the ticket


IPG Spumoni Promotion

  • Offer is valid at Delta Force Paintball centres only.
  • Offer is valid for each player’s “IPG First 100 Paintballs” only.
  • Miniball equivalent is 45 Miniballs for $10.
  • First 100 paintballs must be paid for each player at time of booking.
  • Bookings must be made within 10 days of receiving the offer.
  • Your game day must be within 3 months of receiving the offer.
  • To receive the offer the person booking by phone must say the word “Spumoni” to the event coordinator.
  • Additional paintballs can be purchased on arrival at the paintball centre or pre-ordered at time of booking.
  • Only paintballs supplied by the paintball centre can be used.
  • This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.


  • Quote “300 GOGO” when you book in.
  • Must play before 30th November 2017.
  • Cannot be used with other promotions.
  • This special offer is valid at Delta Force Paintball centres only.
  • Must book on standard IPG deal.
  • Promotion includes, 300 free paintballs and will be provided to the Group Organiser only if 10 or more players arrive.
  • IPG expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and IPG’s decision will be final.
  • By entering this promotion you agree IPG may use the aggregate information collected for related research and marketing purposes. Use of your personal information is governed by IPG’s Privacy Policy.
